How do we gain access to the programme?

Once you have purchased the programme, you will receive your installer with a unique username and password. You will need to use this installer to install the programme on your laptop. This is a simple process and will be outlined clearly in a set of ‘How to install’ guidelines included with the package.

New Customers

New customers should contact the Edco sales department to place their orders. The sales department can be reached by telephone on 01-4500611 or by using the contact form on this site.

Existing Customers

Existing customers can renew licences and check login details by visiting www.edco.ie/renew. Login details for the self-service renewal system have been sent by post to each school.

Upgrading to Perpetual Licences

Existing customers who you would like to avail of our special offer and upgrade to a Perpetual Licence, can do so by contacting the Edco sales department by telephone on 01-4500611, by email using the contact form on this site or your local Edco representative.
